Target audience family-friendly

The outdoor areas are amazing! The staff treated us like family, especially at the pool where they were always checking on us bringing drinks. One morning, I ordered breakfast through room service, and it was just perfect timing. the food was hot and delicious! Really made me feel at home in a weird way.

Not exactly pocket change, but it was still pretty good overall.

My stay was quite pleasant. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive, and our room was upgraded to a suite, which truly enhanced our experience. The resort is clean, with great amenities, an inviting atmosphere, and convenient access to the beach. A couple of minor hiccups during check-in, but overall, a worthwhile getaway!

More shade options by the pool would be nice.

I enjoyed my stay with the fantastic convenience of being a few steps away from La Isla Shopping Village and just a short stroll to the beach, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy the local sights.

The beachfront room was spectacular, with breathtaking views. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome during our 3-night stay.

Unfortunately, our check-in was delayed by over two hours. Additionally, the time share presentation felt too pushy, cutting into our vacation time.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay with my family, especially loving the exciting water slide and spacious junior suite. The Mexican Fiesta night was delicious, and the kids loved the fun activities!

Check-in is a real drag, often racking up a wait of 30 to 60 minutes as the front desk works at a snail's pace. Dining comes with some complications. the all-inclusive deal feels less inclusive due to limited buffet hours, and if you're hoping for a quick lunch, forget about it. Expect to sign checks for every meal, which adds unnecessary time after what can already be a lengthy service. The room, while spacious, shows clear signs of age and dampness, particularly with mildew that lingers in the air. Plus, our balcony faced the noisy street, which did not pair well with the clicking fan that kept us up at night.

A Nice Beach Getaway with Room for Improvement

The location of this resort is unbeatable, right by the beach and a quick ride to town. The concierge team was helpful. Enjoy the shrimp tacos at the sports bar! Plan your dining during off-peak hours to avoid long waits. Overall a relaxing stay, but some updates are needed.
